Written by: Audrey Fairbrother

On November 5th, Boldly was announced as a top ten winner for the 2018 When Work Works Award. Yay!! The award recognizes organizations that have created effective workplaces based on seven evidence-based components that are linked with positive employee and employer outcomes, according to Society of Human Resources Magazine’s Effective Workplace Index. Those components are autonomy; work/life fit; task support for job success; satisfaction with wages, benefits, and opportunities to advance; job challenge and learning opportunities; and a culture of respect, trust, and belonging.

Boldly ranked in the top ten of 97 companies awarded the honor.

The When Work Works Award is part of SHRM’s When Work Works project, a national initiative to help employers of all sizes and types become more successful by transforming the way they view and adopt effective and flexible workplaces.

“We have worked really hard to promote premium subscription staffing as a legitimate work option for hundreds of highly skilled professionals seeking better work-life balance. Being recognized and awarded by When Work Works is extremely gratifying and helps solidify our belief that it is possible to create a win-win environment for clients and team members alike. We often hear from candidates that our positions sound too good to be true. We hope that this award will encourage those who might be cautious about seeking flexible work to take a leap of faith, and know these are real, amazing opportunities,” said Sandra Lewis, Boldly Founder & CEO.

“We’re proud to have our commitment to flexible work, and our commitment to providing our team the best possible environment to thrive recognized with this award.”
