How experienced are your staff? VERY experienced. If you are looking for someone who is proactive and can anticipate your needs, you’ve come to the right place. All of our team members have a minimum of 7 years experience in high-growth, professional environments working for senior executives and leaders, many in Fortune 100 companies.

How confident are we? You don’t subscribe until after you’ve met with your team member and agree that it’s a great fit.

Do you send me a 1099 at the end of the year? Nope. All team members are career employees of Boldly. You pay a monthly subscription for their hours, that’s it. No other paperwork.

How long will my Boldly team member work with me? Average tenure with a Boldly client is over three years. All Boldly team members receive benefits, support from their team leader, and get to pick their clients. As a result, team members typically build a relationship with their clients and stay for the long term.

Can I hire my Boldly team member as an employee of my company down the line? Yes. We offer a buy-out program so our staff can take the next step in their career with you.

Can one Boldly team member support multiple executives? Yes, this happens all the time.

When will my team member work? Your team member will be available Monday-Friday during agreed upon time during the business hours.

Will my team member use my technology? Yes. Boldly team members will integrate into your business using your technology and systems. They are well-versed in Microsoft and G-Suite, as well as modern tools like your CRM, project management software, and of course Slack and Zoom.

Is your team US-based? Yes! We also have team members in Europe to support European clients.
