Dr. Todd Hall is a psychologist, leadership/organizational development consultant, author and professor. As co-founder and Chief Scientist for Connection Culture Group, Dr. Hall helps leaders and organizations create a Connection Culture so they can create sustained high performance. He works with leaders and organizations in the areas of leadership development and coaching, organizational change/development, speaking at conferences, and training through e-courses.

As Dr. Hall’s own business began to grow, he realized there was a great opportunity to put some of his ideas to practice in his own firm, and bring in additional resources to help him manage his back office, increase efficiency and free up more time for him to focus on his areas of expertise.
