Schedule Assist
Privacy Policy
Effective: October 22, 2024
This Privacy Policy outlines how Worldwide101 Inc. dba Boldly (“Boldly”, “we,” “us,” “our”), through our Schedule Assist cloud-based application (“Service”) collects, uses, and protects information provided by users employed by Boldly (“Users”) and data that belongs to the clients of Boldly (“Clients”). Our Service is designed to improve the efficiency of the process of scheduling meetings by the User for their Client, and in order to provide the Service we will connect to Google Workspace, Microsoft Office365, or other third party communications providers (“Providers”) provided by the Client to the User. This connection allows us to read emails, calendar entries and contact information as necessary for the functioning of the Service. We process all data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and contractual obligations.
Data Collection
We will sync with accounts provided by the Client to the User on the Provider’s platform so we can provide the Service. Through this integration, and for the specific account provided, we will have access to the name, profile picture, inbox, calendar and contacts and any information available there, including the contents of emails, meeting details, contact names, email addresses and other contact information (“Provider Data”). Notwithstanding anything else in this Policy, we (1) only use the Provider Data to provide the Service; (2) do not transfer Provider Data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Service; and (3) do not use Provider Data for serving advertisements or to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized AI and/or ML models.
We use the Provider Data to provide the core functionality of the Service, such as managing communication and scheduling. This includes:
- Reading emails to assist with scheduling management or communication needs.
- Accessing calendar data to manage appointments, meetings and events notifications, and to identify availability within the calendar.
- Using contact information to streamline communication between the User and relevant parties.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including OAuth-based authentication, encryption, and access controls, to protect both personal information and Provider Data. Our platform ensures that only authorized personnel can access this data, and all communications between our platform and the Provider’s servers are encrypted.
We retain personal information and Provider Data only for as long as necessary to provide our Service or as required by law. Notwithstanding anything else in this policy, Provider Data older than one month (from either creation date or date of connected meeting) is securely deleted automatically from our platform. Once access to the User’s account is revoked, or the agreement between us and the Client ends, we will securely delete all data relating to the account from our systems. Schedule Assist’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Right of Clients
Client data rights, including emails, calendar, and contact information, are governed by the contract between us and the Client. We process this data solely on their behalf in accordance with their instructions.

We collect your personal information on the basis of Legitimate Interest. (e.g. we’ve sold you or you have expressed interest in a cup of tea so we may promote tea or a cup of coffee - but NOT a new car!)
