We’re looking for an account executive that will help us establish an outbound sales motion. You will connect with senior executives that are hungry for what Boldly offers, but who don’t yet know that Boldly’s innovative service exists. You’ll help us reach new customers while maintaining the excellence we are known for.

As Account Executive you’ll combine your love of research with a tenacious enthusiasm for speaking with people and helping them see what they’re missing. You’ll be speaking about a service that you can be proud of and you’ll take great pleasure in watching jaws drop as senior executives realize you have the answer to their prayers – the experienced remote staff to fill the positions they’ve been trying to fill for months.

We’re clear about our target customer and the industries they work in. Our personas have buying authority, so sales cycles are relatively short and relationship-driven. Our marketing team will be behind you 1000%. What we need from you is to identify the right people to connect with, build relationships, and accompany the senior executives you meet through to signup, and then hand them off to our Client Success Team.

The position is initially part-time, and can grow to full time as your availability allows. It is fully remote and you can set your own hours within the business day.

About You

You are an enthusiastic people person looking to continue or resume your successful sales career and be a part of a dynamic growing company where there’s lots to learn and discover.

You are an emotionally and socially intelligent sales professional who thoroughly understands how to build relationships and knows how to educate, inspire and relate to senior business leaders at their level – without them feeling like they are being ‘sold to.’

You love the intelligence gathering and research that allows you to connect with the right person within your target companies, and you are tenacious and creative in getting their attention without being aggressive or pushy.

You are excited to help scale a remote-first company that values transparency, kindness, goodwill, work-life balance, and work alongside a team that cares deeply about doing great work.

Your Skills, Experience & Outlook

  • You’re a clear, concise, and confident communicator with experience selling to VP and C level execs at companies with 200+ employees.
  • You love the full sales cycle from researching ICP prospects all the way through to closing a relationship-based transactional sale.
  • You have experience building your own pipeline from scratch.
  • You have a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate in a small team.
  • You have a growth mindset and are excited about creating a win-win for yourself, the clients you bring on, and for the Boldly team.
  • Your are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills which you apply to managing multiple opportunities at any given time.
  • You have omni-channel selling experience, and experience selling a premium-priced product is ideal.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Fulfilling an end-to-end inside sales cycle, from research to cold contact to closing quality accounts that will stay and grow with Boldly.
  • Understanding customer needs fully and articulating the relevant benefits of Boldly.
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified new clients.
  • Engaging prospects through email, calling, and LinkedIn touches.
  • Providing feedback on the process, messaging, and ICPs to the marketing team to help refine and improve sales success.
  • Using Boldly’s CRM for lead management and pipeline forecasting.
  • Close collaboration with other functions, including Marketing & Client Success.
  • Providing a delightful customer experience, regardless of the deal outcome.
